Star Trek: Enterpoop

The guest star, Leland Orser, the guy who plays Loomis, I recognize from that creepy Star Trek: Voyager episode with the psychopathic hologram. He did a good job playing an absolute freak. And now he appears to be abducting prostitutes for the Xindi.
So this makes the third week in a row with throwback Star Trek style episodes. If I was going to go back to the year 2004, I don't think I would bring an Alien to help me stay under cover. Especially not one with pointy ears. I'm surprised she didn't decide to wear a headband like Spock.
Of course you can't have a "contemporary time period" Star Trek without some appropriate social commentary. They barely were able to sneak in the message "gas is bad" before they continued with the plot. And minutes after the vulcan neck pinch, T'pol was dissing on humans. Then dissing on red meat. Then dissing on cigarettes. It's what made the 21st century so cool, though, right? You know, T'pol, cigarettes make you look more sophisticated.
Check out the 5-minute Enterprise summary of this show. T'pol and Archer travel back in time for some reason.
